Conseil des ministres – Haïti : lors de la séance tenue ce lundi 2 mars 2026, le gouvernement a annoncé la nomination de onze nouveaux ministres ainsi que plusieurs directeurs généraux. Un arrêté déclarant l’état d’urgence dans les départements de l’Artibonite, de l’Ouest et du Centre a également été adopté.
